Eductation Topic: Ergonomics for Quilting
We are lucky to have Dr. Sheila Bonnett, B.Sc, D.C., a local chiropractor at Sutherland Chiropractic Health Care Clinic, as a member of our guild. Sheila gave us a great education session on ergonomics for quilting. She went over a variety of things including: ways to sit, how to take breaks, proper stretching, alignment, and how to properly treat aches/pains. Thanks for the great session Sheila!
