Canadian Block Lotto Challenge

For November’s Block Lotto we are participating in a Canada-wide block lotto challenge alongside many other Canadian MQG’s.

Each guild is revealing this challenge in September/October. We revealed at our September meeting.

Block lotto draws will remain within each separate guild according to guild rules/guidelines. We will be drawing at our November 25th meeting, don’t forget your blocks!

Each guild will choose their own colour palette and all participants are encouraged to post their blocks on social media using the selected hashtags or Facebook groups. Be sure to check out all the beautiful blocks!

The Block:  Wedges as Topography

Size: 9″ finished (9 1/2″ unfinished)

Colour Palette: The palette we have selected is meant to reflect a modern fall landscape. Solid fabrics of Eggplant, Gold, and Earth tones. Including a small amount of bright white is suggested in the instructions. While this should be the overall colour theme of your block(s), small amounts of other coordinating fall colours would be acceptable.
